I always feel much more motivated with the longer and sunnier days so I feel like changing up your activity can not only help your endorphins but also help with your vitamin D intake too.

Spring always gets my adrenaline pumping to intensify my workouts. Between the extra Vitamin D, everything blooming and just the overall excitement of warmer weather my workouts just overall seem to improve this time of year compared to winter.
